We have built a community of players who have invested their time and skills into the growth of the guild for many years. It is a long term commitment and we expect the same from anyone who is reading this post and would be interested in joining us. If you're interested in Mythic raiding you probably already understand how important the synergy of the group is. If people are constantly being cycled out, it can slow down progression significantly. We would rather invest our time in helping someone who is going to enjoy not only raiding with us but forming lasting friendships.
