“To Be Determined” Guild

To Be Determined is recruiting raiders for mythic progression raiding in Legion, as well as casual players who want to be part of an active guild atmosphere.

Everyone:
To Be Determined is one of the longest running guilds on the server, having been established early during The Burning Crusade. We expect positive attitudes and courtesy from all of our members, and we encourage everyone to be a part of the greater Kil'jaeden community. We try to make alt runs and other activities available where there is interest and availability.

Raiders:
To Be Determined fosters a competitive atmosphere focused on teamwork, progression, and efficiency, while maintaining a healthy sense of camaraderie. We expect all raiders to be prepared to play at a high level, execute boss mechanics and follow raid instructions properly. We respect that everyone's time is valuable and will not tolerate anyone who wastes that time.

Examples of preferred backgrounds for raiding applicants include, but are not limited to: previous membership in longstanding raid groups, history of high-end raiding, a mature attitude and being able to handle yourself and your responsibilities during raid.

Our raid schedule is Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday from 7 PM - 10 PM server time (PST).

General requirements:
- Age 18+;
- Be ready to commit to the raid schedule and be punctual;
- Must have a functional headset and be able to speak on Mumble;
- Must have a dependable internet connection;
- Must have the required addons: DBM (or Bigwigs), WeakAuras, RCLootCouncil, Angry Assignments, and Exorsus Raid Tools

Our other requests to you are straight-forward: be prepared and know your role in the raid.

You must be willing to practice and learn outside of raid time. Mythic raiding is challenging, and has only become more difficult in recent years. Bosses often take hundreds of wipes to down as opposed to dozens. Consequently, raiders are expected to come to raid mentally prepared to spend time learning new fights and mechanics.

Coming prepared means you must know your class and role inside and out. You must also be ready and willing to play your other specializations should the need arise. You may be asked to take a specific talent or specialization as needed. For example, mages should be proficient at all mage specializations and be able to swap to said specializations with little notice should the raid require it.
