Venom of Alice - Alliance - US Kil'Jaeden PvP - Guild Level 25
Website: www.venomofalice.wowstead.com

Our raid times are: grp1 Wed, Thurs, 6pm - 9 pm
Friday 7-10

Why join Venom of Alice?
We are a laid back guild in our off hours but take raiding very seriously. Everyone is extremely helpful and put the guild first. We run with 0 drama and plan to maintain that so check any egos at the door.

Our loot system is EPGP based. Recruits start earning EP on their first raid and have full loot privileges. If you are sat, you earn standby EP as long as we can get a hold of you if needed, and are available to be subbed in on a moments notice. Raiders and Recruits alike benefit from full guild repairs, guild feasts and cauldrons. Most importantly, we offer stability and experience.

Requirements for Recruits:

- Mature players (our median age is mid 20s)
- Able to make at least 90% of raids
- Able to accept criticism, directions, and to sit out when needed without complaining
- Come to raids prepared with consumables and proper enchants (the guild provides feasts and cauldrons, but we still expect raiders to keep a minimum of supplies for one night of raiding)
- Progression oriented and team players
- Have a working mic and comfortable speaking in vent when needed
- Strong offspecs are highly encouraged

Recruitment Needs:

Ranged Dps (Shadow Priest, Mage, Boomkin Druid, Warlock, Elemental Sham)
Healer

Check our website for updated recruitment needs!

More Information:

Venom is looking for talented raiders who are team players and willing to work for progression. Loot whores and normal mode farmers need not apply! Decisions are made for the better of the guild so any QQing is frowned upon.

In order to earn a full-time raid slot, recruits must maintain high attendance, show up on time to raids, and come to raids prepared. Being afk during raid invites, not bringing consumables, and being consistently absent or late are good ways to lose your spot. We like to run with 1 extra healer tank and dps for a healthy rotation.

Applications:
If you have questions you are welcome to contact us in game, but every potential recruit is expected to fill out an application at: vemonofalice.wowstead.com
