“stay small NERDS” Guild

stay small NERDS of Kil'jaeden is a premiere 2 night raiding guild looking for more exceptional players to round out our raiding core. We will be aiming to achieve close to what 3-4 night guilds do in 2 nights. We have players that have extensive raid experience extending from the very start of this game as well as top 100 US guild raiding experience. We have very high expectations for our guild & its members. We are always aggressively seeking to improve our raid roster with like minded, exceptional, & consistent players to achieve the most out of our time set forth to progression raiding.

RAID SCHEDULE
Wednesday: 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM
Thursday: 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM
All times reflect Pacific Standard Time (PST)

WHAT WE OFFER
A stable, competitive, organized, goal oriented, rewarding, & successful progression focused team. We reward & invest into our members. We provide everything our members need. We have leadership experience extending back from the very first week of the release of vanilla. Our leadership core consist of world class players with world top 50 raiding experience. We know exactly what it takes to get to where we want to be with this guild based on the expectations we set on ourselves.

EXPECTATIONS
Attendance: Be on time and show up, or lose your spot. Can't make a raid, be respectful and let someone know ahead of time.

Ability: Know your class thoroughly and how to min/max. You should know the content you're raiding or at least familiarize yourself with the mechanics you must follow or avoid. We want you thinking two steps ahead, not dead in the moment. Put forth time outside of raids to expand your knowledge and not waste time in our scheduled raid. We only raid 2 nights and 8 hours a week towards raid progression, we don't have time to waste.

Conduct: We want our members to work as a team. We want you to prioritize your guild and fellow members over your own personal glory. We invest into everyone equally and as should you.

Loot Distribution: Loot will be handled and awarded via EPGP. Our goal is to put the loot where it will best serve the raid from a raid progression standpoint. We place a high value on loyalty and attendance, and tend to award the best items to players that have proven themselves to be trustworthy and reliable.

Trial Procedure: You will be given 2 raid weeks or less to prove yourself. You need to show us you deserve this spot over someone else. We will follow up with you if we have any concerns. We expect that if you have any concerns about your performance, that you approach us.
