“Reluctance” Guild

<Reluctance> is a semi-hardcore raid guild. We are a group comprised of former hardcore raiders and long standing friends looking to continue our successes on a 2-night schedule. We are looking for skilled DPS to round out our Raid Roster and assist our push into Mythic content.

What you can expect from us:
We will provide feasts, flasks, runes and repairs. In addition to standard raid items provided our officers and many of our core raiders are open to working with players to develop the proper rotations, stat priorities, talents, WAs, SIMs, Logs, etc. We will also run m+s to ensure players receive the maximum loot reward each Tuesday from their cache.

What we expect from you:
You are expected to maintain 90%+ attendance. You're expected to know your class and to ask questions when you're unsure of something. You're expected to review logs, sim and use the analyzer to help yourself improve.

Wednesday, 8:30-11:30pm EST
Thursday, 8:30-11:30pm EST
Tuesday, 8:30-11:30pm EST Non Progression night (Optional attendance).
