Recruitment
Icecrown progression is top priority. We will be keeping our eyes open for any possible recruits to replace MIA players or simply classes we need. If you feel you have what it takes apply! Even if our recruitment says closed you still have a chance!

Bàcardi is always looking for extremely talented players. Even if we show a status of "Recruiting Closed" please apply anytime, there is always a chance.

Trial Period
Our trial period consists of a one month duration. During the 1 month/30 days you raid with us we will measure your competence, ability to play your class and perform, and your overall character or the kind of person you are. On or after your trial period we will make a decision among the officers to promote you to Raider status or to remove you from the guild. We do not promote our guild as a hangout, we have a serious core and need serious raiders thus the reason for not letting flunked applicants the chance to remain in guild.

Introduction
A new guild, formed at about the time Trial of the Crusader was being released Bàcardi has since then managed to climb into the top 10 guilds on our server. We promote a strict raiding atmosphere and a chill mood on off-nights. We want everyone to enjoy their experience in the guild.

Bàcardi prides itself in trying to progress and becoming a competitive guild on Lothar. We need dedicated members who can do the following, if you don't like one of these then don't apply because we won't carry you...

- NO DRAMA/NO WHINING
- Respect other guild members.
- Come prepared to raids. (flasks, consumables, etc.)
- Be on time for raids.
- Maintain close to 100% attendance.
- Notify officers if you can't be on.
(Real Life Emergencies are excused, abuse of this will
result in removal from the guild)
- Using ventrilo appropriately during an encounter.
- Give 110% during encounters. Don't Waste everyones time.
- Sit out for a specific class if needed.

Points of Interest
Icecrown 25man progression is our top priority.

During Heroic Trial of the Crusader 25 we were able work our way to Anub'arak. We have earned A Tribute to Insanity (10). Since Icecrown's release we have moved our full attention here. We are Currently 1/12 HM 25 ICC and should be moving through the first few HMs quickly. We pride ourselves on having very smart and dedicated raiders so we can achieve a lot during the short raid week we have.

Raid Schedule
25 mans - Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Sunday if needed 9:00pm to 12:00am
10 mans - Sunday, Monday 9:00pm to 12:00am

On progression nights, if things have been looking good we will raid until 1:00am if we are trying to kill a new boss.

Attendance
Attendance is expected to be maintained close to 100% for Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Sunday night raids(if needed for progression), these are the (25) mans. We track attendance and use it as a tool to deal with or remove players who show signs of negligence after a period of time. Hold your own and be online.

Another subject to touch on is the fact that our raid spots are competitive. Keep your performance up or be replaced by another member for the rest of the night.

We will not carry anyone.
