General:
Solace is a PVE raid progression focused guild looking for reliable consistent raiders who are able to commit to a dedicated raid schedule. Solace has a vast array of leadership and raid experience dating back to classic content. We are a very fair and organized group of raiders looking to fill our ranks with more of the same.
Schedule:
Our raid days/times are: Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday @ 8-11:30pm Server (Central). The raider should be able to attend the listed days for raids and understand how to maximize gear/spec for PVE.
We do run multiple 10 Man Raids within the guild on off-raiding nights for all dungeons. 10 Man Raids are optional, but available to all raiders.
Loot:
We use a standard DKP system for distributing 25 Man Raid Loot. All 10 Man Raid loot is given out by random rolls on a need before greed basis.
