“CTRL ALT ELITE” Guild

No Longer Raiding

CTRL ALT ELITE is a Mythic raiding guild on the Mal’Ganis server. We have been around since Oct 2016 with the intention of attaining CE at a respectable pace. In order to ensure we are able to meet the goals we have set for ourselves, our members must mesh with the guild. This is an integral part of maintaining a strong community. We seek players who are not only competent and competitive, but dependable above all else in the long term. We are a tight knit community where most of the members have been here in one way or another since the guilds inception. The goals of the guild have always been the same and will continue through each expansion; get CE and improve tier after tier.

What we expect from our raid members
1. Raid Attendance:
We keep our roster around 25 players. It is imperative, we as a team, show up to get as much out of the schedule as we can for progression. If you are going to miss then taking the proper steps to alert the team

2. High Raid Awareness
Having the ability to adapt to various situations during progression is one of the most valuable attributes a player can possess. We expect you to understand the fights well enough to comfortably perform in your role.

3. Community:
Being able to contribute to a positive and constructive atmosphere is paramount. We do not tolerate harassment or demeaning behavior in any fashion. Most of us have been playing together for quite some time and we want players that mesh with the guild and create an enjoyable raiding environment to push CE.


What to expect from CAE
1. Fun:
We are all here for the same reason...to have fun together killing internet monsters, get loot and progress at a decent rate for CE. Members must mesh within the guild and we offer that by having a zero policy for toxicity. Most of our members have met outside of the game which offers more then just the "video game" setting.

2. Communication:
Everyone has a voice in the guild. We encourage members to speak up on strats and be involved. This is an integral part of the team's success. Just as we expect leadership will always be transparent we expect the same from our members

3. Consistency:
We will never add an additional raid day. We will never settle for sub-optimal performance. We expect the same from everyone. We all do what we can to progress our toons and the guild as a team.
