MINIMIZE AVOIDABLE ERRORS
The most efficient way to progress is to minimize mistakes. ELITE throughput is nice, but doing good throughput with one death per week is ELITE. Raid time should be spent fine tuning strategies and not discussing individual performance.

SHOW UP. INFORMED AND PREPARED.
From food buffs to boss research, showing to each raid with the work completed in advance creates the confidence for peak performance.

YOUR DEATH IS NOT AN ACCIDENT
The most important skill an Elite raider possesses is not dying. Learn the skill behind maximizing throughput while avoiding freak deaths.

YOU CAN DO BETTER
Your character is never finished. You didn’t do shit DPS because of RNG or Gear. There is always something new to learn and apply to your game. Never stop improving.

ACT INTENTIONALLY
Don’t be afraid to set goals and have a task list for what you need to do to get there. Create a plan for where you want to go and how to get there. Understand the non-verbal side of raid movement and mechanic avoidance.

Progression Raid Times: Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday 8pm-11pm CST
Off Nights: Farm Mythic+, Heroic and Normal Raids
Loot Distribution: Loot Council (Progression), Minimum 85% attendance to progression raid is required to receive loot.
