Guild Schedule and Contact Information
Mandatory Raids:

Tues/Weds.8:00pm-11pm EST. (7-10 server) & Thurs.8:00pm-10pm EST

Trial Process:

Application > Interview > Trial Spot or Rejection

New Recruits must attend 100% Raids

You will have 2 Bi-weekly (every 2 weeks) performance reviews, and after 1 month we will determine if you passed your trial

Warcraft Logs for our guild is private, no public logging

Tier Progression:

Farm Content: Content becomes farm after the majority of major gear upgrades are obtained

We normally extend the last 1-3 bosses on mythic depending on length of the tier

What we expect of you
Attitude

Come with a team-driven mindset on the boss at hand, learning how to survive the encounter and do what is necessary on your part for the boss to die before maximizing your own DPS (priority add dmg, interrupts, avoidable dmg taken)

Motivation to self-improve, and the desire to look for ways to improve our team coordination, efficiency, and strategy.

Boss/Progression Preparation

Come ready with coins, flasks, pots, food, and enchanted/gemmed gear

A solid transmog

Understanding of the boss' abilities, how it can affect you AND the raid, and a way to track any important boss debuffs on yourself

Understanding your own class and specs abilities, priority system, utility, and interactions with the boss fight

Being able to combine all the above to maximize your effectiveness in achieving the boss kill

Attendance
If you are becoming a consistent maybe/no show, expect the same for your raid spot. We run a tight roster so being able to have reliable attendance is something you should be sure of before applying to our team. We understand life does happen and takes precedence, but if you foresee not being able to attend raid make sure to inform our GM or one of our officers ASAP so arrangements can be made for your absence. If its on short notice make sure to express the urgency of your situation so you do not come off as disrespectful. We do not expect you to treat raiding like a job, but we do expect you to treat your raiders time with respect and courtesy and to act professionally.

About us

Formed on June 10th, 2011 with over 500 active accounts, we are one of the oldest running, most active guilds on Mal'ganis. Some of our veteran players have been raiding with each other since Burning Crusade, while most of our mythic roster has come from Legion onwards. We don't just desire to foster a steady raid environment, but also create a family many people can call home. So even if you don't desire to raid with us, or you do raid and decide to take a hiatus, you are always welcome to stay. Discord is always active during the day, and many of us play a variety of other games like HotS, Overwatch, D3, League, on our off nights.

We do have a policy of having 100% attention to the fight at hand as the pull timer commences. However, off-nights are no-bars held, and if you have a problem with off-night raid banter, this probably isn't the right home for you.
