“Clouded Minds” Guild

Updated 10/29: We specifically are looking for a super high quality discipline priest to give us more depth on our healing roster.
Currently looking for top tier players only. We'll accept high level players for M+ and bench, but with a roster of ~28, only the most competitive players will likely get a core spot on the team.
Everybody is encouraged to apply regardless, and there are specific classes/specs/roles that are in high demand regardless of roster size. Thanks!

About Us:
<Clouded Minds> of Mal'ganis has been together for many years at this point across different servers but landed on Mal'ganis. It began as a casual guild with end game raiding as a goal. From Mists of Pandaria to now, the skill level has grown and further content has been pushed. What started as a casual group slowly matured into a Heroic and Mythic level raid team. In Legion we pushed Cutting Edge Emerald Nightmare, and nearly Cutting Edge every other tier with a casual mindset. In BFA, our outlook has changed to hardcore and securing Cutting Edge every tier.

M+ Recruitment
We are opening our doors to any and ALL M+ enthusiasts (a decent --- score permitting), particularly tanks and healers to give us the ability to form groups easier internally at all times of the day. We will have a high priority on tanking and healing roles, so if you're interested in having a community to push +10 or higher keys with and potentially clear out Heroic Uldir on our off night, Wednesday (provided we aren't at the 30 slot capacity), feel free to apply as well!

All raid times are 7pm-10pm PST

Tuesday: Mythic Raid Progression
Wednesday: Farm/Alt Night (Heroic Raid Clear) *Attendance Optional*
Thursday: Mythic Raid Progression
Friday: Open
Saturday: Open
Sunday: Mythic Raid Progression

Note: This will be edited as time goes on and more things are fine tuned. It will serve our Members/Raiders as a one stop shop for how we run things. Current Members, Raiders, and Trials alike will be expected to adhere to our policies in an effort to provide a competitive yet fun environment for all.

Progress Thus Far of Note:
- Average Item Level of Raiders: 371ish
- Average Heart of Azeroth Level of Raiders: 23
- Spamming M+ 10s and above
- Majority of members are 700-1k+ --- scores, we enjoy M+

Note: Overall progress is looking solid, we're proud of how hard our Raiders are pushing and we're looking to recruit more to keep our roster competitive and in tip top shape.

Recruitment Priority:
We are accepting high quality raiders regardless of this list but this is a guideline on priority. Our end goal is to have 26+ members on an equal skill level to one another to allow for forming compositions around the fight and rotating members in and out of progression with relative ease.

High Priority: Resto Shaman, DPS with tank offspecs

Medium Priority: Hunter, Mage, Rogue, Havoc Demon Hunter, Affliction Warlock

Low Priority: Everything not listed
