About Us:
The guild from the forums, Elitist Jerks as a guild was created some time in 2005 as a raiding guild dedicated to end-game content. The roster has gone through countless iterations to end up where it is now, but a large core of the player base has been in the guild for a considerable amount of time. The goal of the guild has always been to clear every tier on the hardest difficulty while maintaining strict raid hours/schedule and a fairly relaxed atmosphere. Most of our players are in our 20s-30s. We have professional and personal lives and understand the need to miss raids occasionally.

We also run a pretty lean roster, in hopes that nobody who wants to play the game has to sit, and we don't require people to have alts to do split runs. Feel free to apply with multiple characters of the appropriate gear level for the content.


Raid Schedule:
We raid Sun-Tues, 3 hours per night, with raids beginning at 6:30 PST/9:30 EST (9hr/week total).


About you, the applicant:
Looking for patient players who keep up to date with their class theory, who want to participate in a relaxed raid atmosphere. Everyone is entitled to mess up but you should approach your mistakes as what can you do better, not how it was someone else's fault. If this is you, we look forward to your application.
