“Laconic” Guild

We are a relativity new guild mostly made up of people who have raided in past guilds together. We have a tight raid schedule which does not deter us from progressing. With various roster shakeups and reforming, we've cleared 6/14HM SoO in a little over two months.

Current progression: 14/14 Normal SoO (10man) & 6/14 Heroic SoO (10man)
Raid Schedule:
Friday: 9:00 PM (CST) - 12:30AM (CST)
Saturday: 9:00PM - 12:30AM (CST)
*Our schedule is extremely short compared to most progression guilds, with that being said, dedication and an understanding of fights is necessary.*

Please have and be able to perform the following:

1. A stable internet connection
2. Be able to attend 90% (ideally more) of the raids. We provide calendar invites, and expect you to show up. 9 other people depend on you, do not waste their time.
3. Know your class. This is heroic progression. You should come fully gemmed and provide your own flasks/pots (we have alchemists of both professions for your needs). Food is provided by carts for the raid.
4. A positive attitude and being open to criticism at any point during or after the raid.
5. No drama.

What we are currently looking for are the following, a strong melee dps, a DPS with a strong heal OS as we progress through Iron Juggernaut, as well as an additional healer to full-time assist our current Resto Druid.
We need 3 people in total for core raider spots. All individuals will start on a trial basis. Attitude, attendance, and performance will be evaluated.

Heal: 1 MS spot open 1 OS spot open
Melee DPS: 1 spot open
Ranged DPS: 1 MS spot open(would need to fulfill the Heals OS requirement)

Druid: Balance(MS)/Resto(OS) - High, Feral(MS)/Guardian(OS) - Medium
Hunter: LOW
Mage: LOW
Monk: Windwalker(MS)/Brewsmaster(OS) - LOW, Mistweaver(MS)/?(OS) - LOW
Paladin: Holy - HIGH, Retribution(MS)/Prot(OS) - Low, Prot - Closed
Priest: Disc/Shadow - High, Holy - Low
Rogue: High
Shaman: Elemental(MS)/Resto(OS) - High, Enhancement(MS)/Resto(OS) - Medium
Warlock: Low
Warrior: Fury/Arms - High, Protection - Low
