“Novus” Guild

<Novus> is a 8 hour per week raiding guild. We value a strong core, but also just simply enjoy playing the game. Many of us have played the game off and on since The Burning Crusade and have raided ever since.

Core Values:
Our core values are simple. Be prepared. This means knowing your class and what it is capable of. Be adaptable. Every raid encounter calls for something different and you should be ready to do whatever when called to do so. And lastly be relaxed, we're here to progress, but we're also here to enjoy ourselves while doing so.

Where we were, and where we are now:
At the launch of Warlords of Draenor the guild moved from Frostmourne-OC to Garrosh-US in which a majority of our raiders simply just wanted to quickly clear heroic content on release with the numbers we had. Nearing the end of the expansion the guild leadership decided to push through Mythic Hellfire Citadel post 6.2.4 and from then on the guild would attempt to push content during their release period in Legion. The guild went on to clear 7/7M EN, 2/3M ToV, 7/10M NH and 1/9M ToS before the effects of raiding on Garrosh became too damaging to repair our roster. In an effort to rebuild our core we have transferred to Mal'ganis-US.

Main Mythic Progress- Friday & Saturday: |830PM-12AM EST| 730PM-11PM CST
Heroic Mode Clear/farm- Wednesday: |830PM-12AM EST| 730PM-11PM CST

Split Runs:
In the past we have not asked our raiders to maintain alts for split runs but should the situation arise we ask that our raiders maintain at least 1 heroic-ready alt for a minimum of 3-4 weeks of split clearing.

Alts are currently asked to have an item level of atleast 935 and have at minimum 69 traits in their main spec weapon.
