The guild was founded during Mists of Pandaria with many of our raiders having known each other since Wrath of the Lich King. We value progression as a team above greed for loot. We expect our raiders to know their classes, volunteer suggestions to strategies when they think they can make an impact, show up on time to raid, and to realize when they're holding back the group (skill, lag, just not playing well that night) and offer to sit out without having to be asked. Joining the Ranch means joining a team: we have guild meetups, play other games together, and progress together. We are a mature guild 18+
What We Expect of You

Applicants are expected to have gear appropriate to the content we are clearing. Applicants are expected to have extensive knowledge of their class.
