“Scrubs” Guild

<Scrubs> is a new hardcore raiding guild compiled of raiders from many different servers. We are currently raiding 3 nights per week in 25m ICC:
Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday * 7pm - 11pm * Server time is Central.

Loot
All the loot is done via Loot Council. We look at the following in order: Attendance, Skill, Last item recieved. We believe this is the most effective way to gear a raid. BoE's are available if they are BiS items, other wise they get sold on the AH and the profits go to the guild bank. Applicants should not expect to get loot if a core raider needs the item. When an item drops that you want please link what you currently have in /officer. Random core raiders will be promoted each week to help with the voting on Loot Council.

Attendance
We require that all applicants have 100% attendance during their 3-week trial period, If you are promoted to core you are expected to keep 90% attendance. If you are going to be Absent or Late for a raid you must post under the correct day on the calendar at least 2 hours before the raid. You will need website access for this (Same account you apply to guild with). 10 man raids are not required but encouraged.

Progression
While we are learning a new raid encounter you are expected to give feedback to anything you notice in the raid that needs to fixing. All players are responsible for using Recount (or other addon) to discover why they died.
Addons
If we tell you to get an addon (See guild forums) you are required to use it. You will be asked to log off while we wait for you to download it

What we expect from you
- 90% Attendance; Every month you should present 44 of the 48 hours at least
-Best in slot enchants and gems
-Knowledge of class totally
-Knowledge of the encounter normal and hard modes
-Come to a raid prepared with enough Potions, Flasks/Elixirs, Buff Food for that night
-Be online 5 minutes early for raid invites
-Limited AFK time.
-Professionalism, we don't want any drama in the guild. We also like to have a lot of fun, don't be offended easily.

What you can expect from us
-All core raiders will have the same traits as above, if people don't fit the description they are usually removed from the guild or demoted to casual.
-Fairness, we don't choose favourites.
-Loot is rewarded, not divided. If you play well and have the attendance you will get the gear.
-Diverse raiding schedule, we understand that progression is important. However a vote will go out, from time to time, to do an off raid for fun and relax. This will improve our chemistry as a guild, getting along with the guild is a huge part of progression.

Joining this guild is a lot of work, as we are new, We still have at least 10 spots open in the raid.

Death Knights - Low - 1 Tank

Paladins - High - 1 Prot, 2 Holy, 1 Ret

Shamans - Medium - 1 Enhancement, 1 Resto

Hunters - Low 1

Rogues - Low 1

Warlocks - Closed

Priests - Closed

Mages - Low 1

Warrior - Low 1

Druid - Medium 1 Resto, 1 Feral

As with most hardcore guilds, exceptional applicants are encouraged to apply. We will find a spot for you.

1012 - 25m ICC Normal
9/12 - 10m ICC Heroic
