We are a group of mostly IRL friends located on the Moon Guard-US WoW server. We’re an adult (read-mature, not Goldshire-y) raiding guild with a friendly and social community that is looking to build our ranks and progress into more difficult content.

Expectations

As stated, we’re looking for experienced raiders who can show up on time and prepared for raids, do their best to fulfil their role and master their spec, and not get discouraged by progression. It’s a game first and foremost so we try to keep things light and have fun while we do our part to push content.

Current progression

We’re currently 9/9N and 9/9H and looking to gain enough quality raiders to be able to push into mythic with a 20-25 man group. We usually make swift progress of Normal and first half of Heroic tiers and then work on mythic as able.

Raid times

Tuesday-Thursday 6:15pm-8:45pm, SERVER TIME (CST)
We usually do alt/friend runs (as well as older content or previous tiers) on weekends at various time.

Current needs

DPS: Mage, Hunter, Spriest, Warlock.
Heals: Resto Druid, Holy Paladin
Tanks: Blood DK, Prot Paladin.
Looking for a variety of ranged players but especially a quality hunter for the raid team to aid with soaks, humanoid tracking, and Ancient Hysteria. Also accepting exceptional tanks, melee, and healers, so if your class/spec isn't listed don't be afraid to apply anyways. We expect hybrid classes to be able to fill multiple roles based on skill and availability. Flexibility is highly desired. ;)
We would prefer you have a minimum ilvl of 890 before attending raids, but generally our main requirement is to come to an open night or weekend raid and have performance logs over 50%.
If you are not currently at that ilvl, we’re firm believers in bringing the player instead of the character and we are happy to help you get gear to help you better contribute to the raid.

Loot System

We use master looter/loot council to hand out loot. There are a lot of factors that contribute to who gets the loot, ranging from best upgrade or raid attendance to how recently someone has gotten gear. We do our best to keep the spread fair and maintain everyone’s ilvl. You might have one week with no gear and get several pieces the next one but in the long run it’s balanced for all raiders. We also encourage people to work on loot in their free time via mythic+ and other avenues.

Deadly boss mods
Any meter (Recount, Skada, etc)
We encourage Exorsus Raid tools and RClootcouncil but have not made them required.
