“Withstand the Flames” Guild

Withstand the Flames is a serious 10-man raid guild on Alliance-Moon Guard.

Our core raid is currently actively recruiting a healer. Though we DO NOT have any permanent slots in our core, our group 2 is still recruiting, and we always encouraged skilled players to put in an application. Please apply on our website.

We take raiding seriously, and intend to be competitive in Mists of Pandaria as a progression guild on Moon Guard. While we are a very social guild and spend a lot of time together between raids and outside of the game, during raids, we expect all players to work to clear the raid as fast and cleanly as possible.

We expect the following of all members:
1. Have a good understanding of your class and mechanics, with a further understanding of all raid mechanics, including those fight mechanics that are not immediately relevant to your role. If you don't already have one, then we expect you to work hard to gain one.

2. Be able to abide by guild rules and get along with other guild members without causing undue drama.

3. Have the ability to use Ventrilo for raids. We wish for all members to be able to hear, and to be able to communicate during raids.

4. Accept constructive criticism and help if offered to you. We are a guild that's willing to offer some help to new members, but nothing will turn us off of a new member more than being unwilling to accept assistance.

5. Be respectful, and communicate any issues you may have with the guild or raids.

Core raid times are currently Friday and Saturday from 8:30 to 11:30 server time. Our groups 2 and 3 run Sunday, 7:30 to 10:30
