“Multa Nocte” Guild

Multa Nocte of Moonrunner is a mature, 10-man raiding guild, with longstanding tradition in 25-man heroic content. We were ranked 7th on the server in ICC HM25 progression, and were 7/8 HM in FL prior to 4.3. We are currently 8/8 in DS and starting on HMs. We will do what is needed to maintain a top 10-man raid team, with a viable roster.

We previously ran a team 5 nights a week, and a team 3 nights a week. Our current core group is running 3 nights a week, and we intend to open a second group in the near future.

Raid Times
•Tuesday 10:00pm* - 12:30am (pst)
•Thursday 10:00pm* - 12:30am (pst)
•Monday 10:00pm* - 12:30am (pst)

*Invites start at 9:30, first trash pull is at 10:00. Raiders should plan to attend at least 90% of the raids.


What you can expect from us:

•Zero drama - both in the guild and out of guild.

•Clear and Concise plan - There will be a clear direction for the guild and you will know what we will be doing and what you need to be preparing for.

•Mumble/Vent is used as a raiding tool. There will be no yelling, babbling, excessive swearing, or negativity. Mumble is also a social outlet when not raiding. However, when it's time to be serious, it's time to zip it and kill the boss. If you do not have the authority/rank to be calling things out, do not do so. Please report suggestions/observations to your class leader in your class chat channel, not in mumble.

•Helpful suggestions on improvement - Everyone can do better, there is no such thing as a perfect fight. Be willing to take, and exploit to your benefit, constructive criticism.

•High level, challenging and rewarding raiding. Our goal is to lead the way on Moonrunner progression, including Heroic Modes.

•Raiding materials - The guild will often provide basic elements for the raid, but always come prepared with everything you might need. Bring and use your own Pots, to maximize your performance.

•FUN! We love to have fun. Shiny purples with high Ilevels is fun. Let's do that. And do it while having a great time!

What we hope from you:

•Maturity - we are an older guild and as such you should expect to be with mature people. Although age does not always equal maturity, we expect everyone to act mature.

•Skilled - You have to do your own research and improve in skill, NOT just in gear. Theorycrafting and min/maxing is required. Gems and chants must be correct. No standing in fire or being consistently at the bottom of the meters. Make sure you know what you are doing.

•Consistency - Raid times are 10:00 pm; if you are having to change your schedule to join, you should not join. Given the difficulty of the encounters, we are looking for people that are able to be alert and focused at these times.

•Be ready to raid. Be repaired, have reagents, flasks, food, bio break and be ready to be super focused for a couple hours. No going AFK and taking Bio breaks during our short 2 hour raid time; aside from an emergency.

•Have pride in what you do and your character. Your character is a representation of you. This means things like trolling trade chat or acting like a jackass in guild chat are not allowed. =)

•FUN. We like nice, fun, friendly, skilled people. Members are helpful, courteous, and respectful. We hope you will fit right in.
