“Bounded Rationality” Guild

Bounded Rationality is a casual raiding guild using the EPGP loot system. We support a relaxed atmosphere while raiding, but we still expect players to show focus, lest they waste the time of 24 other people.

Raid schedule is currently as follows:
Wednesday 7pm - 10pm PST
Thursday 7pm - 10pm PST
Sunday 7pm - 10pm PST



Even if you are not one of the above classes which we are actively seeking, you are definitely encouraged to apply if you have the skill and gear. We are always looking for skilled and dedicated players of any class.


Requirements


-Gear
Have at least a full set of heroic gear

Note: exceptions are always made for players who show great performance despite having less gear than others of the same spec/class. The officers will definitely take into consideration your relative performance to your gear.

-Skill
Do you understand your spells/skills? Do you know when to use them? If you're, for example, "that hunter" who doesn't keep Misdirect on his bars, we don't want you. This game involves more than just mashing 2 buttons for "BIG NUMBAH".

We also ask raiders to be able to do simple research on their class to improve their own gameplay.

-Reliability
If you have some long term real life obligation coming up, please don't waste both your and our time. This should go without saying.

If you're only there for the farm content nights and disappear for the progression nights, you are not wanted. We want players that we can rely on during the good AND the bad.

We don't place extreme importance on raid attendance as obviously, real life obligations come before a game. However, we do ask that members inform officers of planned absences/lateness, whether by forums posts or in-game calendar so officers can plan ahead accordingly.
