Raids
Palladium members raid 9 hours a week. Raid days are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday at 6:30-9:30 PST. We have a strict no carry policy. If a member is doing poorly they will be given time to improve. This is for the protection of the raid's interests, and for the fair treatment of all raiders.
Invitation policy
The guild has an open invite policy on social members, but a closed door policy to raiding candidates. We are not currently looking for raiders at this time.
The social atmosphere
The the raid atmosphere prides itself on being positive, calm, and in control at all times. Do not say SWAG or YOLO at any point, those irritate both Strakken and Morg to no end, and may result in /ignore. Language is open to all forms of use, including that of swears and cussing, but only in a positive or casual manner.
Loot
The loot system is designed around an unbiased loot council who operate under a self imposed set of rules and guidelines. There have been no complaints about loot distribution thus far by any of our raiders.
