6-9 Server (9-12 EST)

Recruitment:
High: Any exceptional DPS, we are willing to give anyone with good parses and a good attitude a chance.
Medium: Any exceptional healers, we have an incredibly strong healing team but if you feel like you are above and beyond what we have feel free to apply.
Low: Tanks

About us:
<Months Behind> is Mythic Raiding guild on Proudmoore. Many of us are former top 500 players who formed the guild in October 2016. We are currently 7/7M 3/3H ToV . We went 7/7M in about 3 months while missing 3 weeks due to holidays. We are aiming to be as competitive as possible when Nighthold drops at the same time, we all do this for fun, the atmosphere of our guild is very light and fun, no screaming or raging but we don't like to waste time. We are running M+ all the time as a guild, its not unusual for 2 or 3 groups to be going at a time.

What we expect:
We only raid 9 hours a week, this is not a ton of time compared to other top guilds so we look for quick learners who won't make the same mistake twice. We expect you to know how to play your class to it's highest potential and adjust to changes quickly, this means being able to do class specific mechanics or take special roles within the raid.We also ask that you put in the time outside of raid as well, farming AP and running Mythic +. Flasks,Food,Enchants,Pots are a must.More then anything we require a good attitude, we are going to wipe a lot, it happens and is part of progression raiding, the ability to keep cool, calm and collected is a key. We also expect 100 percent attendance, we would never ask you to miss your best friends birthday party, holidays or family events, real life always comes first but its your responsibility to communicate that to us. We also require at minimum 50 points into your artifact weapon.
