Are you what Momentum is looking for?
If you meet our minimum gear/experience requirements we will give you a shot on a trial basis. If you perform well, interact and get to know our raiders, and help contribute to our guild's success we will consider offering you a full time raid spot after a trial invitation, proving to us your worth. We aren't interested in players that just log on to get loot - we want long term, committed players.
The ideal candidate for a position at Momentum is competitive, experienced with the end-game content, patient, mature, able to follow directions, willing and able to learn, friendly and generous. The ability to attend 90%+ of scheduled raids is very important. Use of Ventrilo is mandatory, no exceptions.
We strongly believe that ultimately if the group is the center focus of raiding, and decisions are made for the sake of the raid, that we (and you) will do better than any of us could do on our own, or in another guild without such focus. Therefore, we put progression and the group over any individual, and expect you to do the same.
We will review EXCEPTIONAL applicants regardless of class openings. Please don't bother us in game if you don't meet our gear requirements. We aren't here to "gear you out."
