About Us

<The Seven Deadly Sins> is a guild of veteran and returning raiders who bring high-end raiding experience to the table while acknowledging that real life has its demands as well. We raid just 2 days, 7 hours total in a week, but we expect you to bring your A-game in those 7 hours so we can get shit done.


Raid Times

Tuesday & Wednesday – 6:30PM to 10:00PM CST
We also have M+ groups running pretty often since a lot of us like to just push keys. It is not mandatory to participate in any M+ groups; just make sure you are doing your best to gear up and improve your performance weekly.

Will you fit in?

-We will help, but not coddle.
If you need help with anything, feel free to let us know. We will try to help you, but we will not coddle you or babysit you in raids. Know your stuff, know your class, and show some initiative.

-We believe in efficiency.
As we said before, we expect you to bring your A-game when we raid. We don’t add extra days, and we don’t add extra hours. Outside of raid hours, we’re a super laid-back group that shoots the shit in discord. But during our short raid hours, we don’t waste your time in raid, and we don’t want you to waste ours.

-Keep the drama out.
We banter, we pick on each other, and we talk a lot of trash but it’s all jokes at the end of the day. Keep the real drama out, or take it up with an officer. Don’t stir shit up and we’ll get along just fine.

-Be a quick learner.
Mistakes happen and we don’t expect anyone to be a perfect player; none of us are (Maybe Seth? Nah). But be open to feedback and criticism, and learn from your mistakes. We like to see players get better and continuously improve themselves. To us, it’s more impressive than someone that starts good and stays good.

Recruitment

We are currently recruiting for a solid tank, skilled healers and outstanding ranged DPS. Exceptional players, regardless of listed class/role needs, please still apply.

Raid spots are competitive. If you consistently outperform someone in the core, you will get a raid spot. This works both ways; understand that there is a chance you may be sat due to raid composition or performance. This is progression and we will prioritize getting the kill for the guild.

Applicants with logs from EP or BoD are preferred, but those with past experience in mythic raiding will still be considered (Some of our best recruits returned from older expacs). There is, of course, a trial period during which your performance and attitude towards raiding will be evaluated.
