Below you can find a list of expectations that you will be agreeing to meet if accepted for a trial:

Schedule
Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 8:00PM-11:00PM PST, 10:00PM-1:00AM Server.

Raiders are expected to have full availability during these times. Absences happen, but please do not apply if you expect to miss a significant amount of raid time. We often run an optional carry heroic on Sunday's at 8:00PM PST, 10:00PM Server.

Rules

• We run a 23-25 man roster, in case people call out, or are sick we have spots. All core raiders will receive their Cutting Edge title and will be brought in the following week if sat for a boss.
  
• For the first 2-3 week's of a new raid tier, raid time's will be extended by 1 hour later.
  
• Boe's go directly to guild bank to fund raid night consumables .
  
• Any gear that is not needed and tradable will be passed to loot council.
  
• The following addons are REQUIRED for raid.

  • DBM/Bigwigs.
    
  • RC loot council.
    
  • Exorsus raid tools.
    
  
  

Culture
Friendly atmosphere, we joke around constantly during progression. But when it comes down to it, we're focused on the goal. We as a guild do not tolerate racism/sexism or anything above banter and inside jokes. The guild culture is targeted toward people who want to do the hardest content while having fun. Maturity, communication & problem solving skills are key.

Evaluation
You will be measured based on your performance in raids. It is very important to our guild that you are investing time to read up on upcoming fights, take the time to understand your class, or anything else that might be beneficial to the raid. If you are having trouble don't hesitate to ASK FOR HELP. We have many friendly people who are skilled at their class and beyond. If you are not willing to learn we'll be forced to look for someone else who can. Generally speaking guild security here is very high, since we think of ourselves as a community and it sucks to throw people out the door, but if you can't get along or refuse to adhere by the guild rules, you will likely not have a long stay here.

If you play a class with multiple specs for your role, you will be expected to play whichever spec will perform best on a per-fight basis, within reason. If you feel comfortable playing outside your role, that's a great bonus and you should call that out in your app.

Good communication skills are a must. You don't need to be the guy who leads the raids, and if you prefer to stay quiet for the most part that's not a problem. However, you must be able to speak up when needed and need to feel comfortable doing so readily.
