“By Design” Guild

We are a casual, but not too casual, three (3) nights a week raiding guild that emphasises on success through the effort of our members. Our focus is to clear as much content as possible in the three nights that we raid. Thus we expect each and every member; current or future to contribute all they can into accomplishing this goal.

Because of our short amount of raids per week, we do not have the luxury to spend half of that time coaching currrent and/or future members through contents. Thus we expect prospective members to; do their own research prior to raids if they have not the experience, bring the necessary consumables for progression raids and 110% effort of contribution in conjunction with team play to build the success that we enjoy. The words of Benjamin Franklin have never been so true when it comes to what we do and achieve: "There are no gains without pains."

We are not strict about our recruitment process (except Emo the gramma nazi) but we do expect; applications to be comprehensible, thorough, and the implication that you the applicant is dedicated and willing to put the effort in to be a part of By Design. We value quality over quantity.
