Census & Excise is comprised of a core group of raiders determined to make progress with uncompromising standards. We believe it is possible to be a strong progression guild while still 1) allowing room for a life, 2) maintaining a close-knit circle, and 3) having plenty of fun along the way. By being very specific with the players who join us, we seek to maintain an effective and cooperative unit to clear through all of the toughest of the game’s content.
