About Us:

We have been raiding together since MoP. Ether prides itself on its tight-knit raid group, stable leadership, and our low turnover rate. We try to have the best time possible while still clearing content at a competitive rate.

Current Progress: 1/9 M ToS

Raid Times and Progression:

-Progression schedule: Fri/Sat from 8pm-11pm server time.
-We run optional alt/heroic raids on Tuesdays.
-The guild is very active outside of raid times, we constantly have groups running keystone dungeons or playing other games on off nights.

Loot:

We use the RC loot Council addon. Gear is distributed based off the decisions of our loot council. Loot is given based off size of upgrade, performance, attendance, and attitude. Trials have the same eligibility for loot as veteran raiders. We do not tolerate loot drama.

-All Exceptional healers
-All exceptional dps

What we expect out of you:

-Deep understanding of all aspects of your class
-History of high performance evident through logs
-Vocal and positive attitude
-As close to 100% attendance as possible
-Come to raid prepared/on time and having studied fights

Trial Process:

We do not recruit for the bench. We will look to get you into our raids ASAP so that we can get a feel for you, and you can get a feel for us.
