What is <Impact>?
<Impact> US-Shadowmoon [Horde] has been around for years with US Top 500 kills on two nights per week in multiple expansions. We pride ourselves on bringing a Semi-hardcore environment with structure and solid leadership to a casual, adult-friendly schedule. We are an 18+ guild with the average age of raiders being in the mid-to-upper 20's.
What is the mentality surrounding raiding with <Impact>?
We promote an unbiased environment where the best raiders are invited to raids, and we analyze logs and performance to ensure we keep improving every raid. No drama, no issues... just whatever is best for the raid as a whole.
What does <Impact> need right now?
After a hiatus from what we can all call a sub-par expansion, we are bringing the team back together (with the addition of some new faces) for Legion heroic and mythic raiding. We are simply looking for veteran players who know what it takes to be the best, regardless of class/spec.
