*ABOUT* - Catalyst was one of the top raiding guilds on Silvermoon
from BC thru Wrath. At that time we server transferred for
Cataclysm and then took a break for almost all of MOP. We have
reformed with a majority of the former core and are now a much more
casual guild in terms of raid hours but not skill and
commitment.
*GOAL* - Our plan for WOD is progress as best we can with a casual raid schedule. Raiders with the ability to maintain focus on current content, and able to execute to achieve one thing - victory. We base our recruitment needs on player skill. Spots are always up for grabs, don't be afraid to apply even if we're not recruiting your specific class!
*Note - Keep in mind, we're very supportive about competition. Recruitment is open to all classes and applicants that believe they can excel past the average raider.
At Catalyst, we strive to create an environment that makes our members look forward to signing on. We cultivate a "team" atmosphere where every member is not only responsible for themselves, but their fellow teammates. We demand a highly skilled, highly professional raiding atmosphere; one that can only be accomplished by recruiting people who believe in the goals of the guild and wish to excel.
Catalyst member's should meet the following requirements. You must be:
* Able to make Scheduled raids, currently Thurs: 8-10pm and Sat: 8-11pm Server time.
* Very proficient and knowledgeable with your class, as well as WoW in general.
* A "min-max" type of player who is willing to go the extra mile for even the slightest advantage.
* Experienced in end-game PvE raiding and comfortable in highly competitive environments.
* Experienced with raiding.
* Prepared for each and every raid with consumables. This means food, potions, elixirs, flasks, and reagents.
* Able and willing to motivate yourself to learn and master the most challenging encounters.
* Willing to respect and adhere to the guild's rules, policies and methods, as well as our officers' requests.
* Able to take constructive criticism in stride and learn to improve from it.
* A team player. A guild-first attitude is important. Loot@@@%#s, troublemakers and whiners need not apply.
* A very sociable person with a good sense of humor who is fun to play with and easy to work with.
Our raid times are (server time): Official Raids Days are marked with a *. (Subject to change)

*Wednesday - 8:00pm to 10:00pm
*Saturday - 8:00pm to 11:00pm (Currently cancelled till Legion)
