“Mistwalkers” Guild

Mistwalkers (Horde) is a 10 man guild that raids 2 nights a week (Tues/Wed 8:30 to 11:30 cst.). We consider ourselves a 'casual' and a 'progression' guild. In other words, we don't raid 4 nights a week for 4 hours (usually due to real life commitments, jobs, family, etc). That being said, we expect "more with less" of our raid members given our schedule (watching encounter videos ahead of raids, making sure to be properly geared, gemmed, flasked, etc.). With the right handful of new players, we expect to push deep into the rest of normal raid content.

We are currently staffing to have a rotation schedule and are looking for the following:
• One Tank
• One Ranged DPS
• One Healer
We are attempting to structure raids in such a way that someone can take a night off and it won't hold the rest of the group up. You WILL play, this is not a bench warmer position at all.

WHAT WE WANT FROM A POTENTIAL MEMBER:
• At least 18 years old (Exceptions may be made upon officer approval).
• Maturity and attitude are key. We seek skilled AND mature guild members (both are equally as valued).
• You MUST be able to run vent, and at least listen in, even if a mic isn't available.
• Interested in content progression and helping other guild mates out.
• Willing to accept criticism, not taking it personal and knowing that any critiquing is only in effort to try to improve you.
• Conversely, willing to offer criticism constructively, or otherwise try to help other members if you see something you think could help with.
• Able to make the scheduled 2 nights a week raids.
