About us:
After stepping down to an Officer rank during Ire’s heroic tenure, Ire’s original leader has returned. Ire’s leadership is composed of longtime World of Warcraft players. While rebuilding our raid core we are looking to regain what Ire was built upon. Built around a respectful, prideful, and conversant player base, we hope to extend those traits with those that join. We firmly believe there is more than boss killing as there is more to the raiding experience than just racking up kills.
What we offer you:
-Friendly and drama free environment. Drama is not tolerated. WoW is a game and thus we play it for enjoyment.
-Knowledge and assistance. Whether help is needed for boss kills, class information, or even questing assistance will be given.
-Boss kills. While there is more to the game than boss kills, you can expect progression and a steady downing of bosses.
What we expect of you:
-Be respectful. We do not tolerate drama or elitists.
-Basic understanding of your class and proper skill usage. There is more to a class than damage, healing, and tanking; if needed we will help you attain proper class play.
-Consistent performance of your role. While it does take more than damage, healing, or tanking, we expect you to perform consistently. Performance of your role must be up to standards. We are patient with learning, but need to at least see improvement over time if needed.
-Knowledge of boss mechanics. Once again if learning is needed, it’s acceptable. We do expect you show progression and understanding of boss mechanics as we go along.
-Dependable attendance. You can count on us to raid on time and consistently, we expect the same from you.
