<Spicy Boyz> Is a new guild to Stormrage, which has
leadership from multiple top 5 server guilds, looking to rebuild
our mythic raid roster as well as set up multiple M+ teams. Our
plans, once we rebuild, are to compete with other guilds in
progression and push mythic keys are far as we can. We currently
have multiple Cutting Edge raiders as well as raiders with
backgrounds from top world guilds such as <Easy>
<Serenity> <Vodkaz>. We will be having a competitive
raid roster which means we will only take in the raiders that
contribute the most for their role. Since we will always be
recruiting, feel free to reach out even if your class/spec isn't
considered a "High" priority.
Our raid times are Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday from 7:30PM EST to 10:30PM EST.
WHAT WE EXPECT:
-Good raid attendance and a good attitude. We're a chill group but we get serious when we need to.
-You need to be able to take constructive criticism and even give some.
-Always make sure you know your class inside and out. This involves keeping up with updates and theorycrafting as much as possible.
-Understand that if you are subbed in for someone else, this doesn't mean you have lost your raid spot. If you do find yourself being replaced that means someone is contributing to progression more than you. Don't feel discouraged because everyone has a shot at getting a raid spot even if you were demoted.
-Most importantly have fun! We all have to deal with our own bull!@#$ and come on here to get away from it all. Lets not bring in toxicity into the guild.
