<Synthésis> is an level 25 Alliance Guild on
Stormrage-US PvE. Our team has members who have been raiding since
vanilla, some of our members were in hardcore raiding guilds
ranking upwards of 150+ in the world. We have since become a more
semi-hardcore raid group.
Our team raids every Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday from 7:45pm EST to 11pm EST. We have a very fun, friendly, analytical team. Everyone's input on certain boss mechanics is important, when you speak, you are heard. All constructive ideas are put into use.
We are currently looking to fill our ranks. We currently have a 10man team that has been punctual, however, we need to expand our team to cover those who aren't able to show. This does not mean you are on a permanent bench. People will be rotated in and out to ensure everyone gets their opportunity at loot and kills.
Being that we are a smaller guild, everyone has banded together to get materials for the guild bank, whether its herbs for flasks and pots, to enchanting materials.
All classes will be considered.
Exceptional Players should possess these qualities below:
• Know their current Spec very well
• Have an offspec(if you are a hybrid class)
• Able to handle change
• Quick to adept to sticky situations
• Sense of Humor(seriously, need to have one)
• Put their best foot forward at all times
• Read up on Strategies and provide input
