Wasted Potential is a Mythic progression guild that aims to push CE every tier. We look for players who can consistently execute mechanics, communicate effectively, and are always looking for ways to improve.

Current Raid Days: Tuesday & Thursday and heroic (optional) clear on Wednesday.

Current Raid time: 8:30 PM - 12:00 AM EST

The best ability is availability. We do not recruit for bench positions hence we ask that anyone who is applying be able to attend raids at a high rate (over 90%) we do understand if something comes up infrequently or out of the blue and expect our raiders to call out as far in advance as possible.

Emerald Nightmare - 7/7M [CE]
Trial of Valor - 2/3M
Nighthold - 10/10M [CE]
Tomb of Sargeras - 8/9M
Antorus - 11/11M [CE]

BFA:
Uldir - 8/8M [CE]
Battle of Dazar’alor - 7/9M (GM/RL stepped down and guild took a break)
Eternal Palace - Guild on break
Nyalotha - 10/12M (Guild was reformed just 2 weeks prior to SL pre-patch)

Expectations:

• Ability to attend all raid days with 90% attendance.
• Discord and a working mic.
• A good attitude towards raiding. While we do our best to have fun, our goal is to use our time efficiently and effectively.
• The ability to take and give constructive criticism. We all make mistakes, if we ask you to fix something fix it and do not get mad about it.
• The ability to learn quickly. Repeating mistakes is the bane of progression. Understand your mistakes, learn from them, and fix them at the earliest.
• Come prepared. You are expected to know your class, and how your class can be used on a specific fight. If we must explain to you what one of your buttons does, you probably aren’t a good fit for us.
• You are expected to prioritize mechanics over parses, especially on progression. We care that you do not drop fire on the raid.


We believe that the guild's interests are to be put forth before anything else when it comes to progression. That being said, at times it may be necessary for certain classes to be favored over others. We expect our raiders to understand that and sitting out for certain fights may be necessary for Cutting Edge progression & we value competitive personal play and teamwork skills!

It's important to our guild culture that the focus is on improvement and fixing problems, not flaming mistakes. Constructive behavior is the fastest path to killing bosses.
