“Ferrum Phoenix” Guild

<Ferrum Phoenix> (US-Mal'Ganis) is currently recruiting for our core Sanctum of Domination progression team. In particular need of dedicated healers. In particular, a Restoration Druid, a Mistweaver Monk or another Restoration Shaman. We offer a light 2-night a week raid schedule, which requires our raiders to perform to a higher standard to achieve steady progress. We strive for a fun, friendly, team-oriented environment, where gear is distributed fairly. Our goal is to make raiding as fun as possible, so that it remains rewarding without sacrificing solid progression. After all, a game should feel like one, and not like a part-time job.

Tier 21 Mythic Progression: 8/11M ANT

Tier 20 Mythic Progression: 6/9M ToS

Tier 19 Mythic Progression: 7/10M NH, 2/7M EN Pre-ToV, 4/7M EN Pre-NH,

Raid times:
Tuesdays and Thursdays: 8:30 pm to 11:00 p.m. EST (7:30-10:00 p.m. CST)

Optional:
Sunday Heroic clears: 8:30 pm to 11:00 p.m. EST (7:30-10:00 p.m. CST)

What we are looking for in you as a player:
▫ You love raiding and want to push Mythic progression most of all
▫ You can offer near 100% attendance
▫ You come to raid prepared, with knowledge of new encounters and their mechanics (and ask when you don't)
▫ You have plenty of raiding experience and skills
▫ Your set up can handle a Mythic raiding environment (stable connection, minimal lag)
▫ You listen carefully to instructions and can communicate on Discord
▫ You gel well in an environment built around joking around and having fun with friends
▫ Your top priority is your raid team, not your own personal progression
