  • What we expect from you.

  • Dedication to the Guild and it's progression.
  • We understand there are many, MANY more important things than World of Warcraft. However, in order to progress efficiently, you need to have a raiding comes first mentality. If you're the type that posts in the MIA thread an hour before raid and you leave us hanging because you had a party to go to... Don't bother applying. We raid 2-3 days a week. If those days are getting in the way of your nightlife, please, Spare us the headache.

  • 100% or as close to it as possible attendance.

  • General whining is not tolerated.
  • If your main focus is loot, or you can't handle sitting out of raids sometimes, then do not bother applying. Sometimes certain compositions will better suit a boss. That's just the way it is (thank Blizzard).
We expect you to play for the Guild and it's progress above all else.
    Complete knowledge of your class.

  • How to gear and spec.
  • If you have a class that is able to fulfill multiple roles you better be well enough versed that you're able to perform all of them exceptionally.

  • Quality raid performance, is our insurance!
  • This means you must be experienced and able to play your class to perfection. People who repeatedly die, make the same mistakes or perform sub-par compared to the rest of the Guild will be replaced. We're here for you, you be there for us as expected.
    No exceptions.

  • Have a competitive nature.
  • You will have to earn your raid spot and show that you're the best person for the job.
You must be confident in your roll fulfill the duties you're assigned.
You cannot be afraid to talk in Vent when it's needed.
This gets you a raid spot.

  • Have a friendly attitude towards your Guild mates.
  • You must also be able to take a certain level of abuse and jokes from your peers.
If you can't take a few jokes at your expense then this might not be the place for you.

  • Must be able to take harsh criticism at times and improve from it.
  • You will make mistakes, everyone does.
It's important that you learn from them and not make them again and respect the criticism you take.
Don't look at it as someone speaking down to you, we're here to help.
