“Silent Elites” Guild

We are a casual raiding guild focused on progression; we go only for 7 hours a week to the current raid content but we try to get the most of it, we understand everyone has a life and that's why we do not request for them to be in every guild activity but we expect everyone to be there for raiding time 10 minutes before it starts. We start at 7:00pm ST that means you have to be online between 6:50pm and 7:00pm however if you can not make the raid we expect you to let us know, via mail in game, text msg, gmail(I'll get it as fast as if it was a text msg and I get it directly to my phone), google talk, etc.

We are always looking for...

Active, mature, dedicated, outstanding players who are respectful, friendly and loyal to our guild, and most of all who helps each other, its never nice so say something in guild and everyone ignores you, we want people with raid awareness and that follow directions (if we say watch a video then you watch it! if we say hit your button they you hit it! if we say move then you move!).

We are not looking for...

Kids, drama queens, loot whores, ninjas, and people who give bad reputation to our guild. If you choose to join us you are accepting our loot system, rules, etc.

About second raid...

We do have a second raid for Wednesdays & Thursdays from 7pm ST to 10:30pm ST. the main goal is to have the same progression as core group, loot is managed the same way as core group only with a twist that if you jeopardize the guilds progression and we actually get it despite of you not performing, then the raid leader will have the right to not give you any loot for that particular boss for your main spec however if no one needs it then you could get it for os.

We use a loot system...

EPGP - we expect every new recruit to download both - loot master(so you get a pop up with the loot) and dkp reloaded -

DKP - we're currently talking about using dkp for MoP instead of EPGP, don't worry tho, is basically the same.

No drama, no bitching, no loot whores, no bad reputation to our guild, no ninja looters, no ninjas period.
