“Midnight” Guild

All spots mentioned below are for a core raid slot, not for a waitlist. We also aren't struggling to fill raids , in fact we're doing amazing on attendance. With full timers now part timers we want to strengthen our roster some more.

Midnight is an off peak guild on PVE Terenas US, raiding generally with the idea that not everyone can make the standard 6-8st rule. Our guild consists of primarily Aussies/Kiwi's , but have plenty of American players as well. Formed in 2006, Midnight has been around for quite some time, progressing through each expansion of end game content. We are currently run by six officers, all of whom are open to feedback/suggestions, and don't lead with a dictatorship. We choose to lay low and away from server drama, as that's far from the reason we play. Majority of our players are Vanilla Terenas players, who just play to experience end game content and have a good time while doing so.

We use an Officer + 2 rotating member loot council for loot.

Keep in mind we ALWAYS will consider apps of ANY class who are exceptional, regardless of the current class status.

What we look for in our apps, is simple. Come prepared, come excited to down new content, but overall, bring your A Game. We watch our apps carefully (i.e. Attitude, Attendance, Gems, Enchants, Spec, Overall Performance) You MUST be open to feedback. We want a player who really strives and pushes to be their best, and does everything to get that even minor DPS increase in. Be adequately geared for our current standpoint. Attendance is the biggest one, as we factor in receiving gear off that very seriously, and ask each member to maintain at least 70%. Finally, just be fun. Keep your elitist attitude in your pants. We have almost too much fun in raids, but ask that when it's time to focus to do so.
