“Despair” Guild

We are actively seeking exceptional raiders for our Mythic Raid progression.

All raid slots are competitive, performance and consistency will be rewarded. Even if your class is not currently being actively recruited, we welcome any exceptional applicants to trial for a raid spot.

Guild also working toward offering a weekly RBG group as well as numerous mythic + dungeon runs for 10+ class hall rewards weekly. Very social and active guild, the perfect place to call home.

Raid Schedule
Tues - 8-11 EST
Weds- 8-11 EST
Thurs - 8-11 EST
Sun - 8-11 EST (Optional Heroic clear but used for progression at new raid release)

Our Expectations For You:
We try to run a tight roster so we have as few people sitting as possible. We expect raiders to have a 90%+ attendance.

Invites at 7:45 PM. Be ready to pull at 8:00 PM SHARP.

We require you to know your class. You must be proficient in theorycrafting and have a strong grasp of your class mechanics.

Knowledge of all fights and their respective hardmodes. Experience in older content is a plus, but not always necessary.

You must be able to explain and take criticism on your gear/talents/gemming/UI/voice. If you get butthurt when someone disagrees with you, this is not the guild for you.

As a raider we expect you to be able to provide for yourself. This means you are able to pay for your enchants/raiding mats/anything else you might need to improve your character. If you have 6 gold, you do not belong here.

Mistakes are fine. Repeated mistakes, however, are not tolerated. If you are not a fast learner, if you do not improve quickly during a progression fight, if you still think we will really criticize your voice, you will not fit in this guild.
