Who were we?
<TriggerWarning> was a PST based semi-hardcore raiding guild that transferred to Thrall (Horde) and the end of Legion; seeking to flesh out a tight-knit community while competitively pushing current raiding content. It was our goal to finish every tier with Cutting Edge and push toward clearing at a top 1000 world pace. We would have liked to keep pushing this bar higher as our roster gets more robust.

We used to raid Tue/Wed/Thur from 6:00pm-9:00pm (PST), 8:00pm - 11:00pm (CST), 9:00pm-12:00am (EST) with an optional extra night on Sunday (same time). We typically take a 5-10 minute break in the middle of raid.

We were always willing to consider skilled players looking to prove themselves against Mythic content, even if your preferred class and spec is not on our most needed list. Spots were competitive for the progression group, but all Mythic-quality players are rotated in for the kill and loot.

Raider Expectations

• Consistent attendance and ample communication with the officers if you are late/can't make it.
  
• We are running a core roster of 25. Understand that you will be expected to sit the bench occasionally, especially if you're not flexible in your class/spec.
  
• Be online and ready to go for invites 15 minutes prior to raid.
  
• Have a microphone and use it when needed.
  
• Take a proactive approach to learning fights. Don't walk into a new fight blind. Actively discuss strategy with the guild in discord prior to and during progression on a boss.
  
• Have the ability to receive and give feedback in a respectful manner. We have little tolerance for folks who are unwilling to focus on self-improvement.
  
• Competitive understanding of your class. Join your class discord and learn from the experts.
  
• DPS are expected to consistently put out blue/purple parses or higher while doing mechanics.
  
• Healers should understand how their class uniquely counters various mechanics and pump out high or efficient throughput when needed, including damage during healer downtime.
