“Undocumented Raiders” Guild

<Undocumented Raiders> is a semi-hardcore, 3 night guild on US-Thrall. We are looking to expand our roster with strong ranged dps, but we are currently accepting any strong applicants regardless of class or spec. We raid M/T/Th from 9:00pm-12:00 am EST (server time), and we have optional normal/heroic clears throughout the week at the same times.

We are a laid back group of players, some of whom have been raiding together for many years. In this guild, we value commitment to the group, effort, and a positive attitude above all else. We're fans of joking around and having fun, but when it's progression time we expect seriousness.

We cleared Emerald Nightmare on Mythic before the release of Nighthold, and plan to clear Nighthold before 7.2. We can't promise high-ranking, super early boss kills, but we can promise a completed tier before the release of the next.

Loot Distribution

We utilize a Loot Council to distribute loot to the raid in the most optimal fashion. Criteria include attendance, performance (not necessarily numbers), effort put into progressing your character, and attitude.

Trial Process

All new recruits will go through a trial period of 2 weeks. During this time, we will gauge your performance, attitude, and how well you mesh with the guild's social structure. During the trial process you will be low priority on loot decisions, any core raider will come first. This is intended to protect the guild.
