Hi, I'm Plato and I'm Tribute's raid leader and all-around nice guy. But this is not about me.
This is about Tribute, a 11/12 Hard Mode guild on US-Thunderlord(PVP)-Alliance. We've gotten Algalon Server First, Yogg0 Server First, Tribute to Insanity Server First, and yeah, we @@!%ing rule. We need a few select people to help us in Icecrown.
We're 11/12 Hard Modes in ICC, and stuff and things. Basically we need like, people to fill holes. Yes, in that way.
We have 29 raiders total in the guild, so one or two people not showing up means we don't raid. This doesn't happen that much as of late, but it's still possible.
We don't recruit for the bench, and personally, I have no problem sitting a veteran ANYONE with 40% raid attendance for a recruit that shows up 100% of the time.
