KTHXBYE is a business-casual raiding guild. Our philosophy is that progression is possible on a light schedule with the right people--we recruit with an emphasis on personality, performance and professionalism. This guild is 18+ and we will not make any exceptions.

Raid Times: Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday from 7:00 to 10:30 pm server-time (CST)

Expectations:

• Performance and Preparation - Raiders are expected to come prepared, this means equipping your character fully (the best enchants and gems) and appropriately. You are required to research your class and stay on the cutting edge of what your role is in a raid setting. Raiders are expected to read up on boss fights and master them quickly.


• Attendance - You must maintain an acceptable attendance percentage in order to remain eligible for loot.


• Attitude - You must want to raid and take pride in your contribution to the guild in a raid setting. You must take the initiative to step up your own game, and are expected to receive well-intentioned criticism and advice gracefully.
