About Us
<Girth Quake> is a progression Horde guild raiding 2 nights a week, Tuesday, Thursday, and Sunday (optional), 7:00PM - 10:00PM PST/server time. Competitive 2 day guild. Most of our roster has been raiding for years, emphasizing respect among raiders and a progression focused raid.
We are recruiting all exceptional players of all classes/specs. Currently in need of a Disc Priest and Resto Shaman, as well as multiple dps. All casual and mythic+ players are welcome.
Expectations
What we're looking for in our members:
-Willing to show up consistently and on time.
-Bring the required consumables. (Cauldron and feasts provided)
-Progression focused mindset -- Stop the damage and do the mechanic
-Team player -- We're here raiding together with 20+ people, you aren't the most important person on the team and the team can't be its best without you helping
-Criticism -- Take it and Give it; constructive criticism and pointing out problems you see from your unique perspective is one of the best things you can bring to a raid
-Mechanics -- The best players understand that laying off the damage and focusing on the raid mechanics is the fastest way to improve guild progression and player performance. Pump all you want, but the moment a mechanic comes out, that is the top priority.
-Analysis -- Understand how to look at a log and see how you did. We provide feedback on how you're doing, but you better know how to see it for yourself not only after a raid but before; come to a boss fight having looked at the logs of those who came before and understand why they make the choices they did (talents, lego) and what is best for the progression of the boss
What we Provide:
-A progression focused 2 day raid week with 1 off/optional raid night
-Commitment to bringing the best 20 players, regardless of ranking
-Competition to excel through trial recruitment
-Mature raid team who enjoys goofing around together
-Fair Loot Council that provides gear based on progression needs and raider performance
