Mythic Progression: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, 9:00 PM PDT to 12:00 AM PDT
Heroic Farm: Monday, 9:00 PM PDT to 12:00 AM PDT
Chain M+ Runs: Sunday, 8:00 PM PDT to 12:00 AM PDT
Alt/Casual Heroic or Normal: Saturday, 9:00 PM PDT to 12:00 AM PDT
Recruitment
There are several key points of interest whenever we bring on new members. These range from in-raid performance to out-of-raid guild interaction. No raid spot is guaranteed except there are traits we look for in new and existing raiders. We look at the following when deciding to bring in new or existing raiders in the rotation.
- Attendance
- In-raid DPS/Healing/Tanking performance
- In-raid raid awareness and mechanics
- Encounter preparation
- Low drama
- Weekly/daily activities upkeep
- Mythic+ competitiveness
- Involvement in guild activities outside of raid
- Discord presence
Attendance
We require all of our core raiders to be on for progression nights. All raiders must show up by 8:45PM to help clear trash so we can start pulling at 9PM. If you know you will miss a run, it is critical to let us know ahead of time on the guild Discord.
