<One Fifty One>
One Fifty One is a social hardcore raid guild dedicated to reinventing the WoW guild scene. Our raid time for our mandatory raids are Sundays from 7-11pm PST.
Who we are as a guild:
As a guild we are very social. By definition we consider ourselves a social PvE raid guild. What that means to us is that we invest heavily in the idea of community. Community to us means doing things together (our guild curse voice is active most all the time.) In addition to that we spend a lot of time in-game doing things together. We host a variety of guild events such as guild achievement night, guild drinking night, etc. We believe that raiding can be tedious and its very important to unwind and have fun since that is what this game is about.
How we operate in raid:
Quite a contrast to our guild philosophy, we take our raiding pretty seriously. In order to maintain a good status with our progression group we require a near flawless attendance. Unexcused absences are unacceptable. In addition to attendance we expect people to come fully prepared to fights with full flasks, runes, potions, working knowledge of the fights, etc. Members in the A-Team progression group must also be able to take constructive criticism if needed as we believe in helping our members be the best they can be (we are not here to tear people down for their mistakes but rather work with them to help them succeed.)
