Phobia is a 10 man guild with the core of players having raided with each other for almost 5 years. We pride ourselves on our ability to perform well and with consistent excellence. Our primary goal is to enjoy ourselves every raid night, while working together as a cohesive group.

Expectations:
- No drama
- Performance and consistency, AKA staying out fire CONSISTENTLY
- 90% Raid attendance
- The ability to min/max
- The ability to take constructive criticism
- Ventrilo plus other necessary add-ons
- Familiar with your Off-Spec, and making sure you can use it when needed!

All Exceptional Players Will Be Considered!!
We are always opening recruitment as we like to expand our pool of exceptional players. We DO NOT recruit for bench spots, however you must earn your spot. This means consistently maximizing your throughput( whether it be healing or damage) while handling mechanics on a consistent basis( AKA STAY OUT OF FIRE).

How we run:
-Phobia operates under loot council and a detailed spreadsheet of each character's loot received in the current progressive tier. We give loot to those that perform well, raid regularly and deserve it.
-We expect everyone to come to raid fully prepared, with viable offspecs that may be needed for certain encounters, pots/foods/flasks etc.
- Constant AFKs are not tolerated, if you AFK before every pull expect to be replaced.
