“Smitus and Friends” Guild

<Smitus and Friends> is a 10m raiding guild with high intentions in MoP. We have yet to raid a full tier together as a guild, and believe our skill will allow us to achieve what we shoot for.

Raid Times: (All in est)
Friday/Saturday: 9:30pm-1:30am


1. You WANT to raid. I will not keep players around, that just go through the motion every week. You should be keeping up with your class, and checking up on class changes daily, and maximizing your DPS for every little point of DPS gain.

2. You have a flexible schedule. There will be times where we will raid quite a bit during the week, and while we are a mainly weekend raiding guild, to achieve top world ranks, we need to raid during the week, it's as simple as that. We will always try to finish weekdays by 11est at the latest.

3. You listen to directions. As simple as that, if there is something that one of the raid leaders says to do, you do it, no arguing. To keep a guild running smooth and at maximum efficiency, you bring up issues in between wipes, not during the fight.

4. You don't make mistakes twice. Once, fine. If you don't fix the issue, you are risking your raid spot. People need to learn and adapt quickly.
