About the Guild:
<Those Guys> is an Alliance Raiding Guild on the US-Turalyon server.
Our main goal is to see all Heroic End-Game content available and we recruit those individuals who can proactively help us reach that goal.
Please be aware that at the moment we are working towards rebuilding our 25man team.

Raiding Schedule
Tues - 8:00 to 11:00pm EST - 10man Team Alpha
Weds - 8:00 to 11:00pm EST - 25mans
Thurs - 8:00 to 11:00pm EST - 10man Team Bravo
Fri - 8:00 to 11:00pm EST - 10man Team Alpha
Sun - 8:00 to 11:00pm EST - 10man Team Bravo
* 10man schedule is bound to change, keep in mind that its a total of 3 days of raiding with 2 10man days.
What we expect of our applicants/raiders
- Be consistent about raiding. (Be on time, be available for the whole raid, etc)
- Research your class.
- Research the encounters.
- Be able to take criticism.
- Own up to your mistakes.
- Consider yourself necessary but not irreplaceable.
Current Positions Available
We aim to have a 35 raider roster. If you can do it, and do it correctly, we want you.
Ranged DPS of any kind, especially:

Healers of any kind, especially:

We use SK Loot System for ICC25 and ToGC25. Everything else is on /roll
For new members (Initiate Rank), we have a 2 raid lockouts (2 weeks) trial period where you are not yet entered in the SK Lists but rather get first dibs on any item once all members and raiders have passed on it for main spec.
Once you prove your commitment and worth during those 2 raid lockouts, you'll earn your spot in the SK List and become a Raider in our guild.
